Quick Start and Install
1. Configure Database
Login to cPanel and create your database that will be used for KreativKollectiv CRM Installation.
2. Upload Files to Server
Upload the files to your folder wher KreativKollectiv CRM will be installed.
- Go to eq. http://yourdomain.com/crm/install
- If all server requirements passed click Go to Files/Folders Permissions otherwise consult with your hosting provider to fix/enable them.
- If all permissions are passed click Setup Database otherwise you need to set 755 permissions for folders and 644 for files.
- Enter your database credentials you setup in step 1 (configure database).

- Click Check Database and if database connection is successfuly you will be passed to the latest step otherwise please re-check your credentials and hostname. (usualy hostname is localhost but you should check with your hosting provider or cPanel)
- Check base url – Read more here
- Enter your admin username and password that will be used for login.
- Select your timezone – Not recomending changing your timezone after you start using KreativKollectiv CRM.
- Click Install if installation is successfuly you will see the message Installation Successfull.
- Delete the installation folder.
After Installation Setup
- Navigate to Setup->Settings->Localization to setup dateformat and language
- Currencies/Setup Base Currency – Setup->Finance->Currencies – If your currency is not listed add your own currency. By default with the installation comes only EUR and USD currency. Make sure you add valid currency name (code)
- Setup cPanel CRON
- Setup SMTP Email by navigating to Setup->Settings->Email
Optional Setup
- If you are gonna use the support system setup departments by navigating to Setup->Support->Departments
- Customize email templates by navigating to Setup->Email Templates
- Setup user roles by navigating to Setup->Roles
- Tax Rates – Setup->Finance->Tax Rates
- Offline payment modes – Setup->Finance->Payment Modes
- Predefined Items – Main Menu->Sales->Items
